William H. "Bill" Selberis, of Rockville, passed away on January 15, 2026, after a brief illness. He was 86.
A celebration of life to honor Bill will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 11 a.m. at Bliley Funeral Home, 8510 Staples Mill Road, in Richmond, Virginia. Inurnment of cremains will take place at a later date.
