Zane was born in Chesterfield, VA on September 10, 2004, and went to be with the Lord unexpectedly on October 5, 2025, at the age of 21. He was a beloved son, brother, and nephew. His quiet, loyal, devoted personality was a blessing to his family. His work ethic was second to none at every job he held. After high school, he worked full-time, pursing assorted hobbies while deciding his career goals. He faithfully attended church, and loved to study the Bible. He enjoyed roller skating with his brothers at the local skating rink, playing basketball, and training for America Ninja Warrior. He was a devoted UNC Tarheels fan. He had recently developed a love of politics, and was actively working with a campaign. He enjoyed reading American history, and loved scouring the local bookstores for all things history. He was always willing to help his family whenever and wherever needed. He enjoyed when his family was all together, just hanging out, playing games, and debating. He will be missed every moment of his family's lives. He is survived by his parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family will receive guests 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday, October 24, 2025 at Fairmount Christian Church, 6502 Creighton Road, Mechanicsville, VA 23111, with a celebration of Zane's life following at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Mount Vernon Memorial Park.

I am so sorry for your loss! I attended Zane´s funeral service yesterday at Fairmount. I knew Zane from The Hanover County Republican Committee activities and said "Hi" to him at a Winsome Sears rally in Chesterfield (he had on white "Freedom Shirt"in honor of Charlie Kirk) on First day of voting September 19. Zane was such a polite, motivated, vibrant young man. You should all be so proud of what he accomplished in his young life! He will be greatly missed, but know he did a lot of good and inspired others. I´m so sorry!
