James Melson Obituary
James Brian Melson, 49, of Leesburg, Ohio, passed away Saturday, Sept. 3, 2022, at Grant Medical Center in Columbus.
He was born March 26, 1973, in Washington C.H., Ohio, the son of William E. and Nancy L. (Carson) Melson.
James was a 1992 graduate of Westfall High School. He was an employee of R&C Rivers Farm for the last 29 years and was always a farm boy at heart.
He is survived by his mother, Nancy L. Melson of Leesburg; one sister, Lori (Chris) Clark of Leesburg; one uncle, Max (Eileen) Carson of South Salem; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, William E. Melson.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 8 at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with the Rev. Terry Washburn officiating. Burial will follow in the White Oak Grove Cemetery near Buena Vista.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
