Charlotte Duff Obituary

Charlotte E. Duff (Goins) of Norristown died Sunday April 12th at her home in Norristown. She was born May 3, 1947 in Norristown, daughter of the late Charles and Pauline Goins (Johnson). Charlotte was educated in the Norristown school system and continued her education at Temple University in Philadelphia. She worked for Allstate Insurance in Plymouth Meeting, PA for many years before retiring from Telesam Marketing and Research in Radnor, PA. She was a member of Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church in Norristown, where she served as an usher for many years. Charlotte will always be remembered for her walk, church hats, and fashion. Some of her favorite hobbies included baking, shopping and collecting hats and African art. Surviving are a daughter Adrienne Wilder (Michael) and a son Jason Young (Nicole), ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren, many other family members and friends. Funeral services are going to be held Monday April 20, 11 AM at the Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church 1312 Willow Street Norristown. Friends may call from 9 to 11 AM at the church.
