I'm so sorry to learn, just today, of Debra's passing. She and I knew each other through her job at the Temple quarry scalehouse, where I would, every now and then, haul loads of stone or sand for her. Although we only saw each other at irregular intervals, we enjoyed a very pleasant rapport, and even though our interactions were brief, her friendliness and sense of humor were always evident. We never had occasion to speak about her family, but I know that they must have been quite fortunate to have had her in their lives. I suspect that there are many truck drivers, like me, who are, or will be, saddened to hear of this tragic news. The world is truly a better place for her having shared it with us.

I have not seen Debbie in years we knew each other from grade school. I reconnected with her on Facebook some 40 years later. Her posts showed her love for her family, Jesus, veterans and animals. May she Rest In Peace in the presence of our Heavenly Father in heaven.

Sadly missed, Deb had flare for artwork and graphic arts. We worked on numerous projects, as well as daily contact. We spoke of wide open places, and our travels.
We laughed throughout our days together.
