It's been waayyyy too long since I saw "great uncle Johnny" he always called me "cuz". My first week working for the usps I delivered his mail, it was July, and very hot, by the time I got to his house he had a cold lemonade waiting for me. That was 21 years ago, and I will never forget him or his kindness, I'm a better person for knowing him. My thoughts and prayers to all close to him.

One thing remains . . . . LOVE . . . Thank youf for always sharing the love GOD put in your heart with me. Rest in His eternal peace + presence

I have no words. Johnny was one of the kindest people I've ever known. Rough around the edges with a heart of gold. He did so much for me over the years, and was truly family, and a better Godfather a person could not ask for. Thanks John for all the help, the times playing music together, and just hanging out talking and laughing ... memories that will be with me for my lifetime. I'm sorry I couldn't see you one last time.

RIP Uncle John. He was the Best Uncle a person could have! His entire life consisted of helping others, he never refused anybody who needed him. He got us started in sports through the NAA baseball league, and also got us into music- which we enjoy to this day! If a man's life is judged by what he does for others, then Uncle John is riding Secretariat straight through the Pearly Gates! Love, Raymond
