Ryan James Heflin

Ryan James Heflin of East Norriton, Pa, passed away on November 17, 2022 at the age of 19. Born November 6, 2003, Ryan was cherished by his parents James and Eileen (nee Whelihan) Heflin; his beautiful sister Christine Heflin; amazing grandparents "Nanny" Judith Whelihan, and Harry & Joan Catania; his dog Rocky, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Ryan was a strong-willed, fun loving, humorous young man attending York College of PA and was majoring in their Sports Media Program as he was so passionate about sports, and was an avid Miami Heat and Miami Dolphins fan. Diagnosed with a rare, congenital heart defect, Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome at 17 weeks in utero. He had multiple surgeries and many cardiac catheterizations along the way and he developed other medical issues throughout his short 19 years. We were so blessed to have him though our time was short. Relatives and friends are invited to Ryan's Life Celebration on Friday, November 25, 2022 from 6:30 to 9 PM, and again on Saturday November 26, 2022 from 10 to 11AM at the Boyd-Horrox-Givnish Life Celebration Home of East Norriton, Pa, 200 w. Germantown Pike; followed by his funeral mass at St. Titus Catholic Church at 12 Noon, 3006 Keenwood Rd, East Norriton, PA 19403; interment will be held privately.
