I am very sorry to hear of Bill's passing. He was such a special person. I worked with him in the HUD office and he had a way of brightening everyone's day. He had a wonderful sense of humor. He loved his family and spoke of them often. He was very proud of all of you. He was truely a gift to us all. I will be out of town on Monday, but I want you to know my thoughts and prayers are with you.
