Bill Woodruff Obituary
Bill "Skip" James Lee Woodruff, born on April 27, 1937, passed away peacefully on Nov. 28, with his family by his side. He was a long time resident of Solano County. He worked for the Painting and Decorating Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee of the Bay Area as an Instructor, which he retired from in 2001. He was an avid SF Giants and 49er fan and enjoyed spending his free time with his family.
He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Evelyn Woodruff; daughter, Debbie Shea and son. Larry Woodruff. He was preceded in death by son, Eddie Woodruff and daughter, Sandra Woodruff.
A memorial service will be held at McCune Garden Chapel in Vacaville on Friday, Dec. 5, at 1 p.m.
