I was saddened to hear of Mary's passing. She and I attended the old Vallejo Junior College together some years ago and our paths crossed again when my son attended school at Highland Elementary. Rest in peace Mary.

Mary was a wonderful woman and a truly inspiring soul. She was so patient with our children and I could always tell that she cared very much for the children that were in her trusted care. Our condolences to all her family. She will be very missed.

When my son was hit by a car on the way home from school Mrs. Soderberg, came to the emergence room and stayed with us while he was being treated. Her care and concern for him and us was way beyond anything I had ever experienced from a school official. I expected that kind of caring from my Pastor (who was also there) but never expected it from a new school Principal. She was awesome.

Mrs. Soderberg was always a very pleasant woman. I remember that even though she dealt with all of us 'kids', she always had a smile on her face. The sincerest love and prayers are extended to your family from mine. I hope you find comfort in knowing that she touched so many lives in such a positive way.

My condolences go out to the family of Mrs. Sodeberg. Mrs. Sodeberg was my 1st grade teacher at Cave School. I am now a 32 year old mother of 2. I have nothing but fond memories of her class. I lost my mom almost 3 years ago unexpectedly. I sympethize with the pain you feel in your heart over the loss of you Mother, Wife, and Aunt. But she was a great woman as was mine and hopefully the kind words and great memories can help heal your pain.
