EXETER — Ann Louise Ross, 67, of Exeter, died Saturday, March 10, in Wilkes Barre General Hospital, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Pittston, she was the daughter of Antoinette Manini Nardone and the late John J. Nardone. Ann was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and daughter.
She was preceded in death by her father, John J. Nardone.
She is survived by her mother, Antoinette Nardone; her husband, William, Exeter; son, William R. Ross Jr. and his wife, Dianna, of West Wyoming; daughter, Jennifer Hess and her husband, William, of Exeter; and her grandchildren, Nicole and Jonathan Wiesner, and Maria, Madelynn, Makayla and Matthew Ross. Ann is also survived by her brother, John Nardone; and sisters, Bonnie McNeil, and Joann Zezza, all of Exeter, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March, 14, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church, Corpus Christi Parish, Luzerne Avenue, West Pittston. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery, Exeter. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, at the Anthony Recupero Funeral Home, 406 Susquehanna Ave., West Pittston.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Candy's Place, 190 Welles St. No. 120, Forty Fort, PA 18704.
