LARKSVILLE — Brian C. Chackan, 47, of Larksville, died at home on July 25, 2017.
Born in Kingston, he was the son of Joseph P. and Elizabeth H. (Gimble) Chackan. He worked in the construction industry and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived, in addition to his parents, by his son, Hunter Chackan, and his mother, Tracy; siblings, Suzanne Warren and her husband, Scott, of Jenkins Township, Paul Chackan and his wife, Jacqueline, of Lehman, Rebecca Allen and her husband, Richard, of Dallas; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial Mass was celebrated on Friday, July 29, 2017, in St. John the Baptist Church, Nesbitt Street, Larksville, with the Rev. Jerry Gurka officiating. Arrangements by Andrew Strish Funeral Home, 11 Wilson St., Larksville.
