EXETER — Caroline H. Bulford, 73, of Exeter, died Aug. 16, 2024. A funeral will be held at noon Wednesday from Kiesinger Funeral Services Inc., 255 McAlpine St., Duryea. Visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. until service time.
