I remember Cecil quite well from our Westmoreland High School days and maybe a time or two when I visited the Back Mountain area. A special classmate of the class of 1960.

Laura, sorry to hear of Cecil's passing. I didn't know him much after high school. But in school he was a good guy. I remember as a youngster going over and playing with him and Calvin. They lived across the street from the Dallas Methodist Church. RIP CECIL.
