Curtis Baker Obituary

CURTIS L. BAKER SR. , of Wilkes-Barre, died Monday, March 8, 2010, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Plains Township. Born July 29, 1963, in Baltimore, Md., he was a son of Carl Baker and the late Lettie Grace Oliver Baker. Curtis attended E.L. Meyer's High School. Surviving are his wife, the former Jamy Glasson, with whom he was married 13 years; sons Curtis L. Baker Jr., Laurel Run, Pa.; Darrell Mosko, Hanover Township; daughter, Sheena Baker, at home; grandchildren, Bryce and Wyatt Baker; brothers, Carl, Syracuse, N.Y.; Thomas, Wilkes-Barre Township; sisters Jackie Mitchell, Wilkes-Barre; Dorothy Baker, Wilkes-Barre Township; Dianna Grasso, Pensacola, Fla.; as well as aunts; uncles; nieces; and nephews. A memorial service will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Jendrzejewski Funeral Home, 21 N. Meade St., Wilkes-Barre.
