SWOYERSVILLE — Douglas W. Saunders, 90, of Swoyersville, died Aug. 15, 2022. As requested by the deceased, a private funeral service will be held at Hugh B. Hughes Funeral Home in Forty Fort with an interment service following at Memorial Shrine Cemetery in Wyoming.

Dee and family-I am so sorry for your loss. My heart breaks for all of you. My memory of Doug is a pipe in his mouth and his mischievous smile. He was truly a gentleman. ❤ Do not worry, my mom is harassing him right now and having a great reunion.
