Tammy & Liz,

My sincerest condolences for your loss. Gene was a great guy and a terrific bass player. I was always sorry he left the band - and even tried to entice him back once or twice. He will be missed and fondly remembered.

Dear Judy and Elaine:

I was saddened to read of the passing of your brother. He was ahead of me in school, so I did not have the pleasure of knowing him. However, I know from experience how awful it is to lose a sibling. May God bless the two of you, your brother's wife and children, and the entire Edwards family at this difficult time.

Tammy, our sincerest condolences to you and your family for the loss of Gene. We have fond memories of Gene and his quiet sense of humor, and easy going nature. His love for his family ran very deep, and was something he was very proud of. I personally have good thoughts of him and his perfection when it came to his music. The angels have acquired another excellent member to their choir. I'm sure he'll keep them all in line and doing their correct parts and harmonies! Buddy will always have a place in our hearts. All of us in the Edwards Clan will fondly remember him for the good person he is.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
