Florence Allardyce Obituary

F lorence (Dailey) Allardyce, a resident of Highland Manor, Exeter, for the past four years, died Sunday, April 2, 2006, at the facility. She was the wife of the late John Allardyce.
Born April 11, 1911, in Pittston, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Moran) Dailey. She attended Hughestown High School, Hughestown. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Pittston. Prior to retirement, she was employed by Bell Telephone and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.
Surviving are son Thomas and his wife, Ann Marie Allardyce, Jenkins Township; grandchildren John and his wife, Christie Allardyce; Thomas and his wife, Denise Allardyce; grandsons Nicholas Allardyce and Thomas Allardyce. She was preceded in death by brothers Austin Dailey, James Dailey; a sister, Grace McNulty.
Funeral service will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday from Graziano Funeral Home Inc., 700 Township Blvd., Pittston Township, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. from St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, William Street, Pittston. Interment will be in St. John’s the Evangelist Cemetery, Pittston.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today.
