So sorry to hear of Frank's passing. My extreme condolences to the Henry Family. I met Frank at the Wyoming Valley Airport where I worked as a Line Boy. He was very kind and courteous to me. I would always have his beloved blue and white Cessna 310 airplane pulled out of the hangar, fueled up, a clean windshield and ready to go prior to his arrival. He flew 3 or 4 days a week sometimes more. He surely loved to fly. Onward and Upward, Frank! Thank you kindly for the positive influence you brought to all who have met you. You have slipped the surely bonds of Earth only to reach out and touch the face of God. Great memories...

Dear Marjorie, Scott and family,
I have known and admired Frank since1950. There are many many good things I could say about him, but there are three that are most impressive.
1--In any circumstance, Frank could be counted upon to treat people fairly, decently, and respectfully.
2--He was a man of exceptional integrity. He was straightforward and truthful in all that he said and did.
3--He set the standard for generosity and for giving back to the community, and that will be a lasting legacy equalled by few, if any.
I will be among the many who will miss him, and I express heartfelt condolences to his entire family.
Most sincerely,
John Magagna
