FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Gloria Deitz, 72, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and formerly of Hanover Township, passed away Nov. 6, 2016, at Holy Cross Hospital, Fort Lauderdale. Funeral arrangements are pending from the George A. Strish Inc. Funeral Home, 105 N. Main St., Ashley.

I never had the privilege of meeting Gloria but based on the wonderful daughter she raised (Linda), she must have been an incredible mother and person. My prayers go out to the entire family.

Aunt Gloria always put a smile on the faces of all who were in her presence! She created a beautiful family and was an amazing little sister to my mom!
Just know my mom will show her around heaven and take care of her forever!
