Isabelle Haydock Obituary
Isabelle Haydock, 96, of Nanticoke passed away peacefully on Monday, May 31, 2021, at the Meadows Nursing Center, Dallas. Born March 18, 1925, in Nanticoke, Isabelle was the daughter of the late John and Stella (Waclawski) Robaczewski.
Isabelle graduated from Nanticoke High School class of 1943 and was employed as a seamstress. Her husband of 56 years, John Haydock, former Mayor of Nanticoke, preceded her in death in 2002.
Isabelle is survived by her daughters Dr. Rosemary Williams (David), Sally Ann Gorgas (Stanley), Patricia Kowalek (David), and Bonnie Ricci (Chas).
She has three grandchildren, Dr. David John Kowalek (Micaela), Dr. Eric Kowalek (Kristin), and Margaret Haydock (José). Isabelle has seven great grandchildren, Makenzie, Jackson, Savannah, Travis, Griffin, Emlyn, and Taavi.
Isabelle is also survived by a sister, Sylvia Stevens.
Two sisters, Lillian Plodwick and Florence Sadowski, preceded her in death.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at St. Faustina alternate site, the former St. Mary's, on Hanover St., Nanticoke. Friends may call at St. Mary's from 10 a.m. to time of service.
Isabelle will be laid to rest in St. Mary's Cemetery, Nanticoke.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
The family is extremely grateful to the caregivers of the Meadows Manor for their many kindnesses over the past few years.

My Deepest Sympathy to the Haydock family especially Sally Ann and Patricia (Patty). We went to St. Marys Parochial School together. So sorry to read that your mother passed away. Last time I saw her was a few years ago when St. Marys had their Church Picnic in Sheatown.
I see Mrs. Haydock was my mothers age. Also Sympathy to Barb Haydock whose Uncle was Mrs. Haydocks late husband. Barb also went to St. Marys School with me and we both graduated from Greater Nanticoke Area in 1970.
