My son Jake had an amazing heart. He was always there to help his family or a friend. He was good and kind and caring. He had a smile that would light up a room. Jake had a way of making you feel safe and calm.
I am so grateful that his soul chose me to be his mom. The time we had with him was way too short. I can't even comprehend how I will walk on this earth without him here.
Jake left an impression on everyone. He was a great loving caring father, son, and friend.
We are all better off for having him in our lives.
I am honored that you are my son Jake. I love you with all my heart and soul, I miss you more and more every day. You brought so much happiness into all our lives. Jake was a one of a kind special person. Jake is loved and missed by everyone.

I didn´t know Jake for as long as others may have, but in the time I did, I came to see the beautiful soul he truly was-a rare and genuine person in a world where that can be hard to find. That´s one of the reasons we bonded so quickly. We saw that same trait in each other: a desire to help anyone in need without expecting anything in return. Jake was selfless in a way that inspired everyone who knew him.
One of the strongest connections we shared together was our love for family. He talked about his children every single day, and his love for them was boundless and unconditional.
To Jake´s children, please know how deeply he loved each of you. You were his everything, his pride, and his greatest joy. You were always at the center of his heart.
He also often spoke about his sister, how much he appreciated her, and how grateful he was for her support whenever he needed her.
And to his mother, Jake spoke about you with so much love and admiration. Jake´s love for you was profound and unwavering. He cherished you in a way that was so special and rare. Your bond was something he cherished, and it was evident in every conversation we had.
Just a few days before this tragedy, Jake and I had a powerful conversation about God, family, and the unconditional love he carried for those closest to him. That conversation has been playing in my mind ever since I heard the news. It´s a reminder of the kind of man Jake was: caring, devoted, and deeply connected to those he loved.
To Jake´s family, please know this: although he is no longer with us in this life, he will always be with you in spirit. His love surrounds you, and his memory will live on in every moment of your lives. I truly believe he is watching over all of you-his children, his sister, his mother-and he will continue to be a part of your lives, guiding you and waiting for the day you´re reunited.
Jake, you were more than a friend-you were my brother. I will carry your memory with me always. Rest in peace, my friend. I´ll see you again.
I will love and forever miss you my brother,
Joey
