JOHN MAHALLA, 85, Plymouth, died Tuesday, September 11, 2012. He was in the U.S. Navy during World War II, and an Air Force veteran. He also served in the Korean and Vietnam wars. He was a member of the Plymouth American Legion and Kingston VFW. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Sr. and Anna (Herman) Mahalla. He is survived by wife, Kathleen; daughters, Caprice Fraiha, Kerri Mahalla, Laurie Mahalla; grandchildren, Julien Fraiha and Neila Fraiha; brother, William Mahalla; sister, Ruth Moon; many nieces and nephews.
Private graveside Military Service was held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Arrangements are by the S.J. Grontkowski F.H., Plymouth. Visit www.sjgrontkowskifuneralhome.com to submit condolences.
