My condolences to the entire Dougalas family and to Joan, Joe's companion of many years.
The Dougalas's are the type of family that make a community stand out. Joe's parents Dan and Irene, were deeply respected, hard working people, who left this world a better place. Joe will be missed and remembered with fond memories by all who knew him. Rest in peace, Joe.
