DALLAS — Joseph W. Obuhosky, 69, of Dallas, passed away March 30, 2016, at the Celtic Hospice Inpatient Unit at Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre. Funeral arrangements are pending Kiesinger Funeral Services Inc., 255 McAlpine St., Duryea.
