HARVEYS LAKE — Michael Biglow, 75, of Harveys Lake, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 10, 2016, at his home, surrounded by his loving wife.
Born in New York City, he was the son of the late Charles S. and Molly Kaufman Biglow.
He was a graduate of Lawrence High School, Cedarhurst, New York, and Baruch College. He also attended Buffalo University.
Michael had worked for 18 years for the New York Public Library as a program analyst, and retired as a manager from Broadview Network, Queens, New York.
He also served in the U.S. Army National Guard, and volunteered for the Meals-on-Wheels Program in New York and Pennsylvania.
Michael enjoyed playing bridge with his friends and spending time with his wife of 32 years, Flora Franconi.
He is survived by his loving daughters, Corey Biglow, Peekskill, New York, and Jamie Biglow, Washington, D.C. He was also a loving brother to his sister Arline Isaacs, Port Washington, New York; uncle to Joel Isaacs, New York, New York; and Susan Edelblum, Sands Point, New York, and her children Chad, Molly and Zoe.
Relatives and friends may call noon to 3 p.m. Sunday at the Gubbiotti Funeral Home, 1030 Wyoming Ave., Exeter. Rabbi Jill will conduct services at 1 p.m.
