Nurse Touhey, almost a doctor, was what I called him while he was getting his doctorate. He always loved it when I called him that....lol
Many many great hours spent in classes with him. A true inspiration to me. I will never forget him.
Rest in peace you great man!

Dr. Touhey wasn´t just a great professor. He was a wonderful person and advisor. He knew you as a person and pushed you to become the best you could be. He helped to make me into the math teacher I am today. To say he was one of the best is an understatement. He´ll be missed but never forgotten. I can´t thank him enough for the impact he made on me. I´m so sorry for your loss.

So sad to hear of his passing. Dr. Touhey was a great math professor - cracking jokes from day one! His ability to make topics easy to understand made me think that I could do that too. So, I became a math teacher. My deepest sympathies to his family.

So saddened to hear of Pat´s passing. I have many fond memories of him with Maureen when they were coming to the Cancer Center. We had many laughs, despite the circumstances ( many of them inappropriate). He will be missed. My heartfelt sympathies to the family.
