WILKES-BARRE — Paul George Dinan, 67, of Wilkes-Barre, died July 17, 2019. Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Dominic's Church, Austin Avenue, Wilkes-Barre. Arrangements are entrusted to the E. Blake Collins Funeral Home, Wilkes-Barre.
