Rosanne Hartwigsen, 77, of Bear Creek Township, died Friday, Oct. 17 2025. She is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Hartwigsen. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in East End Primitive Methodist Church, 235 Kidder St., Wilkes-Barre. Family and friends will gather for a visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Daniel J. Hughes Funeral & Cremation Service, 617 Carey Ave., Wilkes-Barre.
