Tracey Wolfe Obituary
Tracey Wolfe, 57, of Wilkes-Barre, passed into eternal life Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer.
She is survived by sister, Stacey; nieces, Tawnee and Jamie; great-nephews and great-nieces, Jayden, Veronika, Jaxon, and Axyl; her beloved cat, Panther; and brother, Shane.
A celebration of life will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, at the Shawnee room at Happy Pizza.
Donations of pet food will be collected for local rescues. Please spay and neuter your pets.
To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

Tracy and I worked together for awhile. We always shared a love for animals. She would ask about my blackcats esp and would always wistfully comment how she would love to have a black cat but well it had just never worked out...one day among the ferals that we fed a young black cat made an appearance. We already had 6 cats in a house that was to have no more than 2 and a variety of ferals coming and going. This youngster tried but it was obvious he wouldn't make it in the wild community.Tracy said she wanted him. The two of them clicked immediately. The rough and tough fiercely independant Panther simply melted, and absolutely adored her. And she adored him. The moment she saw hi she said his name was Panther. After I moved back home to CA we kept in touch and supported eachother's posts on FB. I knew she wasn't well but she didn't want to spend time talking about it. She preferred to talk about Panther. Where ever Panther is I am certain he misses Tracy. I will miss her too. BTW thank you for posting this. I hadn't heard Tracy had passed. May she rest in peace.

I am so sorry to hear of Tracey´s passing. I first met Tracey through her husband Dave who was a co- worker of mine at Benco Dental.He also fought the courageous battle. And also through Dental office. I am so sorry sending condolences and prayers for comfort to family and friends.

I had only met Tracey in person a few times but she always shared my posts to help with the foster cats & this helped tremendously I know she was an animal lover with a very kind soul May she rest in peace loving on all of the animals that have passed before her

Tracey, my heart is broken reading this today. You were one of the kindest, generous people i ever had the pleasure to meet at the place i hate the most...the dentist office! But i started looking forward to my appointments to talk with you and hear about your beloved people and kitties. This truly saddens my heart. Tracey was an amazing woman! Though I am very sorry for this great loss, my heart is filled with Joy that she is now reunited with Dave! Both were wonderful people and I am honored that I had the pleasure to know and work with both of them! I send my deepest condolence to the family. May God comfort you during this difficult time!
