Patricia Grant Kissick, 88, of Beaver, died Monday January 27, 2020, in St. Barnabas Beaver Meadows, Brighton Township.

Preceding her in death was her husband of 57 years, Thomas W. Kissick.

Patricia was born July 26, 1931, in Monaca, to the late Hampton R. and Dorothy Machin Grant. Much of Patricia's youth was spent in Bridgewater and Beaver. She graduated Beaver High School in 1949 before attending Slippery Rock State Teachers College.

Always active in the community, Patricia was a member of the Beaver Memorial Library Board for 21 years, the League of Women Voters and the Beaver Heritage Society. She also served as a docent at the Merrick Art Gallery and Beaver Heritage Museum as well as delivered meals for the Meals on Wheels program.

Through many years of active membership, Patricia served the Beaver United Methodist Church on numerous church-wide committees as well as holding a position on the Butler District Board of United Methodist Women.

Patricia especially enjoyed her long association with the Book and Play Club and Antiques Club.

Surviving are her two daughters and sons-in-law, Kandace Kissick McGinn and Michael McGinn of Ft. Myers, Fla. and Patricia Kissick Huzyak and Mark D. Huzyak of Orlando, Fla. as well as a son and daughter-in-law, Thomas G. Kissick and Kristina Humer Kissick of Beaver. Patricia has six grandchildren, Andrew (and Renee) Raykovics, Catherine (and Lee) Strong, Emily (and James) Clark, Elizabeth (and Charles) Lewis, William Kissick and Samuel Kissick and eight great granddaughters. Also surviving are Patricia's brother and sister, Charles Grant of Industry and Sara Grant Rose of Maumee, Ohio.

Friends will be received Saturday, February 1, 2020, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at TODD FUNERAL HOME, 340 Third St., Beaver. A private service will be held later. Interment will be in the Beaver Cemetery.
