Dallas, TX

Maxine R. Briley of Dallas, beloved Mother, "Gran Gran" and sister, passed into eternal life May 29, 2018. She was born April 13, 1948 in Marshall, Texas, the daughter of Marion Alford Rhodes and Juanita Rebecca Bolden Rhodes. A nurse for over 32 years, Ms. Briley retired from the VA Medical Center of Dallas. Survivors include her son, Marcus Leslie Briley; daughter, Micheaux Meshele Briley; Grandchildren, Ebony LaShay Jones, Terisa Candice Briley, Mariah Leslie Briley, Lyric Maximilian Briley and Tristian Crisson Brown; siblings, Melba Rhodes-Jackson, Lester V. Rhodes, Marie Rhodes-Caldwell, Marion Rhodes, Jr. and May Lee Rhodes-Cotton. Celebration of Life will be at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at Jaynes Memorial Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.

Something told me to go her and check and i never knew she had passed away . I just had a baby and he shared the same birthday as her! Wow now her and my dad Miguel are together im sure hes still sitting in her lap lol I love you both with all my heart ! She was truly one of the realest ive ever know !!
