Aaron Rizer Obituary
45, of Bolivar passed away on August 17, 2021 in his home from an apparent heart attack. Born March 3, 1976 in Canton, he was the son of Timothy (Cheryl) Rizer of Somerdale and Regina (Littleton) Rizer of Hennis Care Centre in Bolivar. Aaron was a 1994 graduate of Tusky Valley High School and was employed by Allied Machine & Engineering in Dover as a machinist. He enjoyed throwing darts, woodworking, and organizing group cookouts. He was an avid fan of the Cleveland Indians and Ohio State Buckeyes.
In addition to his parents, Aaron is survived by his wife, Krystal (Ross) Rizer; two sons, Garrett Rizer and Grayson Rizer of the home; two sisters, April (Dennis) Scarberry of Willow Wood, Ohio and Kasey (Justin) Vankirk of Dover; a step-brother, Keith (Kayla) Beamish of New Philadelphia; and twin step-sisters, Caitlyn (Mike) Passio of Massillon and Cassidy Beamish of San Diego, Calf.
A funeral service for Aaron, officiated by Pastor Peter Price, will be held on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at the Lebold-Smith Funeral Home in Bolivar. Family will be receiving friends from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow in Bissel Cemetery near Somerdale. Immediately following the burial, the public is invited to gather at the Fairfield Township Volunteer Fire Department in Somerdale for lunch and fellowship.
