Anna Mae Roth McCloud

Anna Mae Roth McCloud 1921-2016
of Tuscarawas, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2016, just one day after her 95th birthday, at Schoenbrunn Health Care in New Philadelphia, following a period of declining health. Born on July 20, 1921 in Uhrichsville, Anna Mae was the daughter of the late William and Hollis (Temple) Rose.
In addition to her parents, Anna Mae is preceded in death by her first husband, Edwin L. Roth who passed away on November 12, 1984; and her second husband ,John E. McCloud, who passed away on May 9, 2012; a son, Linn E. Roth, who passed away on May 3, 2007; a brother, Milo Bean and two infant brothers.
In 1939, Anna Mae graduated from Uhrichsville High School and attended Cleveland Bible College. She was a homemaker, and a 79 year member of the First United Methodist Church in Uhrichsville. She was a Christian woman who lived by her faith. Anna Mae will always be remembered for her love and support to her family.
Anna Mae is survived by her children, Carl (Connie) Roth of New Philadelphia and Louise (Frank) Cleveland of Dennison, Hollis Higginbotham of Elyria and John (Brenda) McCloud of Gardenerville, Nev.; her friend and caregiver, Kim Schupp; six grandchildren, Stacy (Tom) Baker, Stephanie Roth, Jessica Grant, Martin (Kate) McCloud, Tim (Ester) Higginbotham and Carol Gant; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and three nieces, Donna Bean, Sue Barker and Linda Seib.
Funeral services for Anna Mae will be held at 1 p.m., on Monday, July 25, 2016, at the Uhrich-Hostettler English Funeral Home, Inc. at Uhrichsville, with the Rev. Don Kraps officiating. Burial will follow at Peoli Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 12 to 1 p.m., (one hour prior to services) on Monday, July 25, 2016 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 255 N. Dawson St., Uhrichsville, OH, 44683.
