FREDERICK DUDLEY Obituary
75, of Bolivar, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2021at Aultman Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born in East Orange, New Jersey on March 12, 1945 to the late Frederick and Mildred (Lee) Dudley and married Doris A. Newell on May 31, 2016. He was a 1967 graduate of Susquehanna University and worked for Republic Steel and Ametek, Inc. He retired as an owner of Marlite in Dover. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in New Philadelphia where he sang in the church choir, and the fraternity of Free and Accepted Masons. He was also an avid amateur photographer with a special interest in birds.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Brian (Judy) Dudley of Plympton, Massachusetts and daughter Lynda Jacobs of Jupiter, Florida, grandchildren Amelia, Cullen, Andrew, and Paige of Massachusetts, and Claire, Hanna, Renee, Caroline, Richard, and JPaul of Florida.
Due to the current health conditions, a private family service will be held at Lebold-Smith Funeral Home on Thursday, February, 25, 2021 with Rev. Brandon Keck officiating. Burial will follow at Sherrodsville Memory Gardens. Attendee's are asked to wear masks and observe social distancing guidelines. Lebold-Smith Funeral Home in Bolivar is handling arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 201 W. High Avenue, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663.

Dear Uncle Freddie,
Which is what I called you since a child. Our conversations were always uplifting/inspiring. I will miss those conversations. Loved those few times out of nowhere when unexpectedly we would run into each other in any given airport. Mostly the one day not that long ago when you told me you though I was an amazing lady. It meant so much coming from an amazing person himself. Thinking of you and your family today.
