Joe taught me ping-pong at the old Dover YMCA when I was in my mid-teens. I improved greatly, but I could never beat him! Great guy; and always a good sport.

To the Paddock Family...I just wanted to assure you all of my prayers. I have such good childhood memories, and Mom still lives in the old house on Circular Street...The house two doors down will always be the Paddock House to me. Thanks for bein great neighbors, and we all trust in His promise that in His fathers house, there are many dwelling places. May Joe now be surrounded by the great company of saints and angels...and may you all be surrounded by our prayers, support and care. Your old neighbor, Fr. Tim Kummerer
