Rose Howe Obituary

Rose Marie Howe, 53, Watseka, died Friday, March 13, 2015, at her home.
She was born June 27, 1961, at the Self Ridge Air Force Base in Harrison Charter Township, MI, the daughter of Frank Soranno and Mary (Troendle) Soranno.
She married Mark Howe on Feb. 2, 1985, in Watseka.
She worked as a Customer Service Representative at Cigna, and loved spending time with her grandchildren, crocheting, cross stitching, and baking.
She is survived by her husband Mark, daughters and son-in-law Dawn Howe of Watseka, Niccole and Marty Peck of Watseka; her father, Frank Soranno of Detroit, MI; mother, Mary Troendle of Watseka; brothers and sister-in-law: Daniel Soranno of Sheldon, Frank and Lynn Soranno of Nevada; sisters and brother-in-law: Deb and Tom Madey of Florida, Tina and Fernando Anaya of Texas; her grandchildren, Haylie and Markus Peck of Watseka; her grandmother Rosina Soranno of Michigan, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather and maternal grandparents.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2015, and from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday before the funeral services at Baier Funeral Home in Watseka.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2015, at the funeral home with Pastor Joseph Hughes officiating.
Burial will be in GAR Cemetery.
Memorials can be made to Hospice of Kankakee Valley or grandchildren's college funds.
