Pamela Ann (Brys) Moore 1960 - 2017
FT. PLAIN - DOLGEVILLE - Pamela Ann (Brys) Moore, 56, of 4560 State Route 10, Ft. Plain (Town of Ephratah), died Monday, January 9th, 2017, at Albany Medical Center, after an extended illness.
Pam was born in Little Falls, on May 28th, 1960, the daughter of the late John and Etta Mae (Rhinehardt) Brys. She attended St. Francis School in Herkimer, and completed her high school education at Oppenheim Ephratah Central School. She furthered her education by graduating from Herkimer County Community College with an Associate's degree.
She was employed for many years at RCIL of Amsterdam, as an advocate for the residents there, and, most recently, she was employed by Wal-Mart Company of Herkimer.
Pam loved to sew and crochet. She also enjoyed shopping and the outdoors, especially the beach, and "Mother Nature's" scenery.
She is survived by her children: her sons, Justin Smith, of Ft. Plain, and Keith Smith, of St. Johnsville, and her daughters, Tanya White and Ruth White, both of Dolgeville, and Brianna Smith, of Ft. Plain; her brothers, James Brys and his companion, Carol Cole, of Salisbury Center, Melvin Colony, of Schuyler, and his companion, Lonnie Lockwood; her sister, Sandy and her husband, Michael Griggs, of Florida; six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; nieces; and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, John Brys, and a sister, Judy Licciardo.
Graveside services will be held in the Spring in St. Joseph's Cemetery at a time to be announced.
