Agatha Cummings Obituary
COHOES - Agatha C. Cummings, 81 of Cohoes, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Saturday, February 4, 2023.
She was born in Cohoes, graduated from Cohoes High School, and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Agnes (Peltier) DeLorimiere. She worked at Cluett Peabody in Troy for several years, then Travelers Insurance Agency. After retirement, she worked for Price Chopper in Latham. She was a lifetime member of the PAA in Cohoes, where she served as treasurer, she loved spending her time there with her friends.
She was the wife of the late Phillip Cummings; former wife of John Searles; mother of Cindy (Scott) Golden of Latham, and Heidi (Christopher) Haughney of Troy; grandmother of Meagan Golden, Brittany Newland, Wade Haughney, and Hannah Haughney; great-grandmother of Maverick, Emerson, and Kensleigh; and sister of James (Jeanette) DeLorimiere of Indiana, Roland (Barbara) DeLorimiere of Texas, Calvin DeLorimiere of Cohoes and Mary Ann Joslin of Buskirk, and the late Joseph DeLorimiere and Margaret Bonesteel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 10, at 10:30 a.m. in the Dufresne Funeral Home, Inc., 216 Columbia St., Cohoes. Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Waterford. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m.

We are so deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Aggie. We clean the draft beer lines at the Polish Club for many years now and have had the pleasure of becoming friends with Aggie. She was always such a pleasure to be around, and had a heart of gold and a wonderful personality. And that special laugh! Our future trips to the Polish Club will never be the same without her there. Our deepest condolences to her family during this very difficult time! You are in our thoughts and prayers!

I remember her so well. We worked together at Travelers and she often visited my home along with other coworkers for "girls" night. Her cousin stand smile and come ravenous laugh will always be remembered. RIP Aggie

I am so sorry to hear of Aggie's passing. We spent many years having so much fun, and the card games, I miss them. Cindy and Heidi, I lost my mother 3 months ago, so I understand how hard this is on you. Cal, you guys were such buddies as well as siblings, your heart must be broken. All my love and prayers to all of you.
