Ann P. Winters

Winters, Ann P. BRUNSWICK Ann P. Centanni Winters, 63, of Brunswick, died Wednesday, October 14, 2009, at Albany Memorial Hospital after a long illness. Born in Troy, she was daughter of the late Michael Centanni and Dorothy Tschumi Centanni and wife for 42 years of August J. "Sonny" Winters III. She was raised in Raymertown and resided there most of her life and was a graduate of Brittonkill Central High School. Mrs. Winters was an office manager for Community Health Care in Green Island for 25 years, retiring in 2006. She was a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Raymertown. She loved boating and camping at Lake George and gardening. Survivors in addition to her husband include her children, Bryan (Jill) Winters of Sand Lake, Todd (Susan) Winters of Brunswick and Julie (Raphael) Metzler of Brunswick; two sisters, Connie (Ken) Bonesteel of Brunswick and Sally Centanni of Clifton Park; a brother, Michael (Sheryl) Centanni of Cropsey-ville; her grandchildren, Zachary, Jacob, Benjamin, Colin and Morgan Winters and Kayla Metzler; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Maria Centanni. The family would like to thank Dr. Malfetano and Barbara and the staff of Associates in Gynecological Care PC and Albany Memorial Hospital and Dr. Ritchie Parrotta and his staff for all their care for Ann. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Raymertown, N.Y. with Rev. Richard Scheu officiating.
