Anne Flanigan Obituary

Flanigan, Anne T. SCHENECTADY Anne T. Flanigan of Schenectady, entered into eternal life on Friday, August 15, 2008, at Ellis Hospital. Born in Schenectady, daughter of the late John B. and Kathryn Cronin Flanigan, Anne was a lifelong resident of Schenectady. She worked as a social worker for New York State Department of Mental Health for 20 years, retiring in 1992. Anne was a member of the National Association of Social Workers and a member of St. Luke's Church. Survived by cousins, Joanne Kugler and her husband Thomas of Valley Falls, N.Y., Ms. Carol Todd of Colonie, N.Y., and Bruce Whitney and his wife Linda of Ft. Ann, N.Y. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 9 a.m. at St. Luke's Church, Schenectady. Calling hours will be Monday from 4 to 5 p.m. at the Jones Funeral Home, 1503 Union St., (at McClellan St.), Schenectady, for those who wish to call. Burial will be in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Niskayuna. For directions and online condolences, www.jonesfh.net
