Dear Zac,

I just learned today that your dad had passed. He was a wonderful man I he will always hold a special place in my heart. As you know I worked side by side with him for 3 years and he taught me everything I knew. Because of him I became a nurse and for that I am very grateful. Love always, Nicolle Vandeloo, RN

I'm sure no one in your family knows me, but I knew Dr from his numerous trips to the Price Chopper on Shaker Rd in Loudonville every morning at 7:00 am he really was a wonderful man, I always waited for him to come in, because I knew he brought his smile and humor to all of us early in the morning...He talked to me at lenght about my fathers medical problems. He really was a wonderful caring individual...My Dad passed away last year, and when I saw of Dr's passing I was moved to tears, when I thought of how compasionate he was when I needed someone to talk to ...My thoughts and prayers go out to Dr's entire family...

When I think of Dr. Passaretti, I think of three gifts he gave me.

The first was his warmth and boundless hospitality. As Zack, Tony, and Mary can tell the rest of you, my brothers Jimmy, Andy, and I grew up in your home almost as much as we grew up in our own. Dr. Passaretti never made us feel anything but completely welcome in his home.

The second is his children. I know a great deal of their values and attitudes were learned form their father, and no one could ask for finer friends to grow up with.

The third was his excellent medical care for members of my family.

I will always hold Dr. Passaretti and his family in the highest regard and affection. We are all deeply saddened by your loss. My family and I are keeping you all in our hearts and prayers.

To the Passaretti Family: I am truly sorry for your lost. Dr. Passaretti was my doctor for the past I say 35 years I started going to the office first with Dr. Pelkey when he retired Dr. Passaretti took over my case. He saved my life you see I had cancer in my right kidney and he removed it for me. Before it had a chance to spread all over my body. I am truly sorry to read he is no longer with us. Now I go to his son for my kidney problems.

I was so very sad to hear the news about Anthony; he was my doctor back in 1985 and he removed my first of many kidney stones. I will always remember him by his light hearted bedside manner which always put you at ease, he was a great man and he will be missed.
