Sorry, I did not know of your father's passing. I just found out. I knew him thru my Aunt Virginia Cappiello. He would pick up my Uncle Dante at the VA Hospital in Albany and would drive him to an area restaurant.(My uncle was in a wheelchair) My aunt and uncle got to enjoy going out and being with family because of Tony. He was a kind, careing, helpful, gentle man. My aunt and uncle enjoy his talks, his humor and his gentle happy face. He always had a smile on his face. May God give the family his healing hand, and know that Tony is in Heaven. God just needed another bus driver, and He called Tony home.

Dear Sangiovanni Family - Although we only knew Tony as our children's bus driver at Westmere, his kindness and gentle ways have made a very big impact in our lives. We always felt safe sending our kids on the bus knowing Tony was at the wheel! He was just a great guy and he will be missed by my children, by us parents and all the other students who were lucky enough to have him as their bus driver. Thank you for being such a positive impact in our children's lives Tony . . . You'll never know how much you are missed! God bless your family.

To Tony's family
I am so sorry for the loss of your father, brother and son. I worked with Tony at the ambulance and he was a wonderful person who I enjoyed so much. My husband passed away soon after Rita's death and Tony was such a comfort to me. He shared the joy of his first granddaugher, and the excitement of his new love with all of us. My prayers go out to all of you, he will be sorely missed by many
