Armand Capogna Obituary

Capogna, Armand J. SCHENECTADY Armand J. Capogna (Cappy), 81, of Schenectady passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2012. Survived by his wife of 57 years, Sandra Capogna; two daughters, Kathy (Capogna) Plano and Debbie Capogna (Rick Splawnik son-in-law); one son, David Capogna and two grandchildren, Vincent and Brittany Plano. Viewing hours will be held Monday, April 2 at Bekkering-Ellis Funeral Home in Scotia from 6 to 8. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 3 at 9 at St. John's Evangelist Church in Schenectady. Burial will be after the services at 11 in Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville. In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.

I am so very sorry for your loss! Cappy was my favorite bus driver in Niskayuna. I met up with him several years ago at where I was employed and he remembered me from so many years ago! He will be missed. R.I.P. Cappy & Thank you for serving!!
