C. Devane Obituary
ALBANY - C. Patricia Devane passed away on Friday, February 28, 2025. She wrote her own obituary prior to passing, which is published below.

And the legacy that I leave behind are my greatest gifts and treasures - my children, Todd and Aimee; and my grandchildren, Luna, Joseph and Ava.
I also have had the blessings of my "stepdaughters," Dena and Victoria.
I give my eternal gratitude and appreciation for the love, support, and friendship of my brothers, Bill and Joey (d.); my sisters-in-law, Anne, Eugenie (d.) and Debbie; as well as my nieces, nephews, and cousins.
I was very fortunate to have some great friendships with those individuals that are still with you and those who passed before me.
I have crossed the Rainbow Bridge to eternal life, which will be celebrated on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at the Parish of Mater Christi - 40 Hopewell Street, Albany, N.Y.
She will be missed.

To Aimee, Todd, Luna and family, I am so, deeply sorry for your loss. I hope for Patsy´s fierce spirit and determination to now give you all strength each day. The first time I met Patsy, she nearly chased me out of the home and told me I was scaring Liberty. By the end of our time together, she welcomed my visits and Liberty followed me around the house for attention. I feel truly honored to have met Patsy and your family. My thoughts will be with you often.

I first met Pat and her brother Joe during the 60's in the Leo Miller shows. Over the years, we'd connect and most recently at our brunches at the Skyline Restaurant. Pat, you will be missed greatly by those of us who were lucky enough to cross your path.

Patsy was such a beautiful soul, always helping out with MCS theater and there for her grandchildren every step of the way. She was always there for everyone around her and she gave her time and energy selflessly. She was one of a kind. My deepest sympathies for the loss of your beautiful mother and grandmother.
