Carl White Obituary

WATERVLIET Carl White, 64, of Watervliet, entered into eternal rest on May 18, 2004 at Samaritan Hospital in Troy. He was the son of the late Paul and Julia Stone White. Born in Troy, Carl had been employed as the purchasing agent for J.L. Thompson Wholesale Drugs for 30 years. Carl is survived by his beloved wife Jane Urro-White of Watervliet. He is father of Michael White and his wife Jennifer of West Sand Lake; brother of Helen Pallozi and Donald White, both of Watervliet, and Vivian Duffy of Colonie; grandfather of Alexander and Nathaniel White. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and one uncle. The funeral service will be held from the Wm. Leahy Funeral Home, 336 Third Street, Troy on Friday at 9:30 a.m. and at St. Joseph's Church at 10 a.m. where a Mass of Christian Death and Burial will be celebrated. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. Interment, St. Joseph's Cemetery. Jane: Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Carl was a very special person to Andy, me, Sean and Andrew. He was kind, gentle and he had a wonderful sense of humor. He will be missed very much. We will always cherish the memory's of the time we spent with him.
