Desautels, Catherine M. COHOES Catherine M. Desautels, 83, of Forest Avenue, Cohoes, died at her residence on Thursday, December 6, 2007 after a long illness. Mother of Rose Marie Parker of Cohoes; sister of Ronnie Pettograsso of Latham and Ann Weir of Colonie and sister of the late Jane Cote; grandmother of Sonia Marie Putnam, Wanda Jean Curtis, Tonya Ann Parker-Carr and Heather Lee Benson; great-grandmother of Jennifer and Sarah Putnam, Kristina and Britney Benson; also survived by nieces and nephews. Funeral Monday 8:30 a.m. from the Dufresne Funeral Home, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes and 9:00 a.m. at St. Rita's Church Interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Waterford. my mom had a friend while growing up in cohoes names mary desautels,mary's mother died in 1953 of cancer , is this the same catherine mary? my mother and mary were best friends. if this is the desautel's that is related to mary our prayers are with you. i will post my mother's name, please conact me if we would love to hear from you. the desautel's my mother knew lived on garner street, you are a wonderful family and we send you our prayers,
