Charles J. Blenis

Blenis, Charles J. RAVENA Charles Joseph Blenis, "Chick," age 66, passed away on May 3, 2022. Charles grew up in Ravena, the son of the late Dorothy and George Blenis. He was also predeceased by his brother, David Blenis Sr.; and girlfriend, Kelly Sweet. Survivors include his nephew, David Blenis Jr.; sister-in-law, Sandra Blenis; and aunts, uncles and cousins. Charlie worked for the railroad for 35 years. He was a unique person who lived life his own way, died his own way; and was loved by many. He loved his family, friends, motorcycle, watching the eagles by the river and making people laugh. Charlie wanted no traditional service. A celebration of his life and a motorcycle ride will be organized by his nephew, David, on a date to be determined.
