Clyde A. Rowe

Rowe, Clyde A. WOODSTOCK Clyde A. Rowe, 63, died Friday, June 23, 2007 at Benedictine Hospital, Kingston. Born May 18, 1944 in Kingston, he was the son of the late Maurice N. and Marian Du Bois Rowe and had resided in Woodstock for several years. He attended the West Hurley School and graduated from Onteora Central Schools. Mr. Rowe was an environmentalist and was concerned about the ecosystem. He enjoyed music and was a talented craftsman. He was predeceased by a brother, Wayne Rowe. Survivors include his wife, Laura Thorn; a daughter, Sherry; a son, Joshua; stepchildren, Lyndy, Will, Eliza, George, Richard, Lorna, Diane and Christine; his cousin and caregiver, Glenn Green; and several grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday at Lasher Funeral Home, Inc., 100 Tinker Street, Woodstock.
