Daniel Dupree Obituary

Dupree, Daniel Paul MARIETTA, Ga. It is with great sadness that we announce the recent passing of Daniel Paul Dupree, due to a motorcycle accident, on November 4, 2022, at the age of 59. Danny was married to Sabra for 35 years and was the father of Dillon, age 30, and Nathan, age 25. Danny was born on April 23, 1964, to Dennis Joseph Sr. and Bonnie Joyce Dupree in Albany. Danny attended Colonie Central High School in Colonie, and moved to Marietta, Ga. in his mid-20s where he met his future wife, Sabra. He was a devoted family man, husband, father and grandfather. He and his wife Sabra had a love of motorcycles and enjoyed spending their time with friends, family and travelling to bike events. They enjoyed their time at their beach condo in The Top of The Gulf, Fla. where they strolled the beach with their German Shepherd, Sarge. He was known for his love of fitness and weight training as well as music and sports and the Dallas Cowboys. He was an automobile refinisher for Atlanta Road and Body Shop for the last 18 years. His greatest love and devotion were to his family and spending time with his wife and sons. He recently welcomed his first grandson Broderick Kjartan and his first granddaughter, Avery Danielle will be born in early December. He is left behind by his loving wife, Sabra; his sons, Dillon and Nathan Dupree; his future daughters-in-law, Michaela Mishkin and Brandy Welch; his grandson, Broderick Dupree; and his granddaughter, Avery Dupree. He is also survived by his brothers, Terry Dupree and Dennis Dupree Jr.; his sister-in-law, Alyssa Dupree; and his sister, Christine Dupree Smith. He is also survived by his nieces, Sarah and Kelsey Smith and Maddie and Lyla Dupree. He was predeceased by his parents, Dennis Joseph Dupree Sr. and Bonnie Dupree. He will always be remembered in our hearts and souls for his strength, honesty and deep loyalty for his family and friends. Services will be held on Friday, November 11, at 11 a.m. in the Northside Chapel Funeral Home located in Roswell, Ga. The family will receive friends prior to the service starting at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to your favorite charity or organization.

I played baseball with Danny when we were just young kids in Colonie. I am very sadden to hear of this sad news, my condolences to his entire family.
